At Lootfaat, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 1 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact

🚚 Return Shipping Cost
  •  If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)


🔁 How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order ID, product details, and reason for return

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your UPI or bank account details for the refund

📌 Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


🔄 Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect:

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund

  • Return pickup will be arranged at no extra cost to you

  • Lootfaat reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria above

  • We recommend recording a video while unboxing in case of damage claims
