Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–6 working days.
Remote locations: 6–8 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Cash on Delivery is available on orders worth ₹599 and above. A COD convenience fee of ₹49 is applicable.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can occasionally occur due to courier or regional issues. If your order exceeds the expected delivery timeline, please contact our support team.
Order marked delivered but not received?
Please check with family members, neighbors, or building security first. If the issue persists, contact us immediately.
What if I receive a damaged product or missing items?
Please share a parcel opening video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, Cash on Delivery (eligible orders), and EMI on select cards.
Is online payment safe?
Yes, all payments are protected using secure SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your coupon code, and click Apply.
Payment failed but amount debited?
Sometimes banks place a temporary hold. The amount is usually reversed automatically within a few working days.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support.
Are there any cancellation charges?
There are no charges if the order is canceled before shipping. If already shipped, shipping charges may be deducted.
How will I receive my refund?
Online payments are refunded within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Are all products eligible for return?
Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, and perishables are non-returnable. Please check the product page for details.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
